Confirm Sign-off results after completing instructions or after completing training

End users can signal task completion, collect feedback, or check up on skills. A relevant question appears at the end of an Instruction and they can leave their responses, which will then be stored in the SwipeGuide platform.

Notes:

  • From any part of the Sign-Off, viewer can skip the submission

  • The information is kept when navigating back or forward (arrows) within the Instruction/Sign-Off

  • The results won't be retained if user navigates outside of the Instruction (e.g. back to guide)

1. Open a Guide & navigate through the steps of an Instruction

2. Sign-off shows up at the end of an Instruction

Note: A Sign-off is applied by an Editor, Admin or Platform Admin in the Platform CMS (Editor).

3. Select your answer & click β€œNEXT”

4. Verify the auto-filled name or fill in your name

5. Click β€œSUBMIT SIGN-OFF” to send out your results

Important notes regarding submitting Sign-off with Native App:

  • If the saving was successful, the user will either see a confirmation message. Otherwise, an error message will be displayed.

  • The answers are stored and cleared from the Sign-off card once saved.

  • The results will be submitted once internet connection is recovered

  • Given that the user (Viewer) has a guide downloaded and has an Instruction with a Sign-off applied. If the CMS users (Platform Admin or Admin) change the Sign-off frequency settings. Then, the user (Viewer) will have to delete the guide and download the guide again for this change to be applied.
