Sign-off feature increases the power of the SwipeGuide platform by enabling customers to track performance data provided directly from their workforce.
For example, you can ask your users to provide feedback after completing instructions, or check up on their skills after completing training.
Platform Admin and Admin can create a new Sign-off. Editor can apply to an Instruction.
How does Sign-off works?
This feature empowers Admins to create Sign-off from scratch or by using the several standard templates available in the Platform. Admins can now determine what Sign-off should be used for capturing data on the shop floor, setting up their frequency, and making them available for Editors to apply a Sign-off per Instruction. Quality management
And more.
Once Editors have applied Sign-off on Instructions, they will show up for end-users after they have completed an instruction. A relevant question appears and users can leave their responses, which will then be stored in the SwipeGuide platform. Read about submitting Sign-off as an end-user in our help article.
