✅ Step 1 – Venturi Check
Set the unit to “Vehicle Drain” position
Block the nylon suction hose with your finger
Observe the pressure gauge :
The vacuum must reach at least 0.70 bar
➡️ If the vacuum does not reach 0.70 bar :
🔧 The Venturi is probably clogged → cleaning required
🧪 Step 2 – Waste Tank Check (50L)
🟠 Case 1: Tank blocked by residues or sludge
Open the drain hose valve
Blow into the line with an air gun to unblock it
🔴 Case 2: Cracked tank
A cracked tank can cause a loss of vacuum
This makes draining ineffective
