Go to > Sales > Forecasting
Click on Days > Edit Sales
Choose the month
Edit the budget for each day. You will see that the remaining days will automatically be changed to fit the monthly budget.
Remember to edit all the days at once. If you only edit some of the days, save it and then want to go back and edit the rest of the month, you will need to start from the first day again for it not to be changed automatically.
When you come to the last day, the system has calculated what the budget must be for the total amount to be the same as the monthly budget. If you want the budget to be lower or higher for the last day, you need to go change the earlier days. When you are done, click on Save.
