To control who have access to Insights, administrators should go to:
Administration - Permissions - Permissions - Reports
By default only Administrators have access to see the BI reports.
If administrators decide that other roles should also see the report, they can edit the permissions by defining which roles should have access. It works the same way as other permissions by dragging the green "Full access" cell to the table.
