There are four tabs at the top of the window:
Whole period – shows data of the period which you have selected under the filters pane;
Period split into dates – shows data split into years and months. To see more detailed data on days, you can drill down in a widget (see the section about drill down below);
By users – shows data split into users. You can filter the users in the filters pane.
Opening hours – shows productive hours per opening hours data. By department and day.
Filters
Filters pane can be found on the right side of the window.
Each time you interact with a filter, for example by selecting or entering a value, the filter is immediately applied to your report.
Drilling Down in a Widget
To drill down into a pivot table:
1. Right-click on the item in the table into which you want to drill down.
2. Select a predefined drill hierarchy. You are only allowed to drill from years and months to days. To clear the drill, click on the X icon.
Exporting Widgets
There are two ways of downloading a widget:
1. In the dashboard view, click on the widget’s menu, then click Download and select the relevant file type;
2. In full-screen widget view, click on the download icon and select the relevant file type.
You can download widgets in one of the following formats depending on the widget type:
CSV: Download the data described by the widget in a CSV file. If you have applied any filters, the filtered data is the data included in the file.
Excel: Download the data described by the widget in an Excel file. When you export a pivot table to Excel, the data that is exported is the data that is displayed in your widget. Exporting to Excel maintains your pivot’s layout and structure, and values such as sub-totals, which are not maintained when you export a pivot table to CSV.
Image: You can download a widget as an image in PNG format. The image size will reflect the size of the widget on the screen when you download it. To create a larger image, open the widget in a full-screen view, to get a bigger picture.
PDF: Download the widget as a PDF. For Table widgets, you can customize how your table is displayed in your PDF including the table’s orientation and page size. In the PDF Report Settings, the first 14 pages of your Pivot table are displayed in the preview window, however, when you export your Pivot table to PDF, the entire table is included, up to 10,000 rows on multiple pages.
