In Samdock, you have the possibility to filter your contacts by different criteria. Do you want to see all contacts from one city? Or do you want to create a list with all contacts who have an email address?

You can of course set several filters at the same time.

When you are satisfied with the result, you have two options:

If you need the list only once, for example to send an e-mail to certain customers, you can export the created list and send a newsletter via your external tool.

If you want to use this filter actively, you can save it as a new view. In this case, the list will automatically expand as soon as there are new contacts with the set criteria.

You will find the new view in the left bar under "My Views".

There is a little special feature here:

This view is only visible for you. But if you want to share it with your colleagues, you can do so in the top right menu of the view.

You can create as many filters as you like. Of course, you can also filter by custom fields. Once you have created custom fields, they will appear in the filter options.
