How to create a treatment guide
Go to your practice dashboard and select "New Guide".
Enter patient details, including name, email, and phone number.
Select the patient's treatment(s) from the list or search for a specific one.
Customise the treatment guide:
Remove steps if they don’t apply (e.g., assessment already completed).
Turn off treatment details if only sending pricing.
Select the practitioner (optional).
Toggle pricing on if you want to include cost details and finance options.
Enter the total treatment cost and any in-practice deposit.
Toggle "Estimated Price" on if you want to show a price estimate without allowing finance applications. Note - the patient will still see finance options and can express interest in the treatment.
Toggle "Files" on to attach scans, X-rays, photographs, consent forms, or other documents.
Toggle "Notes" on to add a message, additional details, or links to videos.
Click "Send to patient".
Congrats! Your patient will have received a treatment guide to their email.
