Updating the treatment guide step-by-step
Go to your Practi dashboard and find the patient.
Click the three dots next to the "Viewed" column.
Select "Guide details".
Make the necessary edits (contact details, treatments, pricing, files, notes).
Click "Update guide". Once updated, the patient will receive the revised guide via email, and a confirmation pop-up will appear on your screen.
Please note that once a patient has accepted their treatment, either through financing or in-practice payment, the guide can no longer be updated.
Updating a treatment guide does not change the created date.
