The cost of my patient’s treatment has changed. What do I do now?

Updated this week

If the treatment cost has decreased:

Please email the Customer Support team with the patient’s name and the new, reduced treatment cost.

We’ll contact the lender (DivideBuy/Zopa) on your behalf to request a loan adjustment. Them, the patient’s finance agreement will be updated, and their monthly payments will be reduced to reflect the new treatment cost.

Note: We recommend notifying us as soon as possible to ensure the adjustment is processed before the next scheduled payment.

If the treatment cost has increased:

The patient will need to apply for a second loan to cover the additional amount.

You can create a new treatment guide for the outstanding balance and send it to the patient, who can then apply with finance.

Please be aware:

  • Approval is not guaranteed, as it depends on the patient’s eligibility.

  • The second loan will result in a separate repayment plan and may have different terms.
