There's a couple reasons a patient may not be able to view all of the finance plans.
First, not all patients are eligible for every finance plan. Here’s what to check:
Make sure the treatment cost falls within the plan’s minimum and maximum limits.
To view limits, go to Settings > Practice settings > Finance options. If the treatment value is too high:
You can increase the deposit paid in practice, reducing the financed amount.
This may allow the patient to apply successfully.
If the patient is within the treatment value range, check if the patient selected Pay in practice. If they have, the patient will need to click on Choose another option to view the finance options again.
