š° How much is the deposit?
The deposit amount depends on the vehicle you choose, ranging between ā¬800 and ā¬1,500. This amount is debited from your bank account at the time of booking.
š When do you get your deposit back?
Your deposit will be refunded to the same bank account after your vehicle is returned and inspected, provided everything is in order.
š” Please note: From the moment you receive the keys, the vehicle is under your responsibility.
ā Can you cancel your booking before pickup?
Yes, your booking can be cancelled. However, a ā¬50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit prior to the refund.
