🤔 Why is a deposit required?

The deposit serves as a security measure. It is charged when you book your vehicle to encourage you to treat the car with care, just as if it were your own.


💰 How much is the deposit?

The deposit amount depends on the vehicle you choose, ranging between €800 and €1,500. This amount is debited from your bank account at the time of booking.


🔁 When do you get your deposit back?

Your deposit will be refunded to the same bank account after your vehicle is returned and inspected, provided everything is in order.

💡 Please note: From the moment you receive the keys, the vehicle is under your responsibility.


❌ Can you cancel your booking before pickup?

Yes, you can cancel your booking:

  • Free cancellation: If you cancel at least 3 days in advance and have not yet taken possession of the vehicle, your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellation fee: If you cancel less than 3 days before pickup, or after paying your deposit, a €50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit.
