📄 What are the contract options and minimum duration?
Poppy Lease offers two primary contract types:
Monthly renewal contract: This contract has a minimum rental period of 1 month and automatically renews every month.
Long-term contract: This option is available for those who commit to a longer rental duration, which provides a discounted monthly rate.
There is no maximum rental period for either contract.
🔁 How does the contract renewal work?
For the monthly renewal contract, your contract renews automatically every month.
If you wish to stop driving, you must cancel your contract at least 14 days before your next billing date.
❌ What happens if I end a long-term contract early?
If you choose to end a long-term contract prematurely (before the agreed-upon duration), you will incur cancellation fees. These fees consist of two components:
A cancellation fee for the remaining, unused months of the contract.
A correction fee to offset the discount you received for committing to the long-term duration.
🚗 Will I ever have to swap my vehicle?
To maintain a fleet of new or nearly new vehicles, we may occasionally ask you to swap your current vehicle for a newer model during your contract period.
