📄 What are the contract options and minimum duration?
Poppy Lease offers two primary contract types:
Monthly renewal contract (flexible contract): This contract has a minimum rental period of 1 month and automatically renews every month.
Long-term contract: This option is available for those who commit to a longer rental duration, which provides a discounted monthly rate.
There is no maximum rental period for either contract.
🔁 How does the contract renewal work?
For the monthly renewal contract, your contract renews automatically every month.
If you wish to stop driving, you must cancel your contract at least 14 days before your next billing date.
❌ What happens if I end a long-term contract early?
If you end a long-term contract before the agreed end date, a cancellation fee applies:
30% of the remaining contract value.
This doesn't apply to flexible contracts!
🚗 Will I ever have to swap my vehicle?
To maintain a fleet of new or nearly new vehicles, we may occasionally ask you to swap your current vehicle for a newer model during your contract period.
Our team will contact you in advance to plan the swap at your convenience.
