In the bottom right-hand corner of the platform, you’ll find Gaia AI. A powerful AI assistant that can analyse your data, generate charts, and benchmark your performance against peers. Think of Gaia as your AI-powered carbon intelligence assistant.

Gaia has access to all of your data, allowing it to help you explore your emissions in more detail. It can quickly identify trends or discrepancies without the need to export reports or analyse the data yourself.

Here are some examples of questions you can ask Gaia:

Carbon accounting basics

  • What are fugitive emissions?

  • How do I define organisational boundaries?

Understand your emissions

  • Which Scope 3 categories contribute most to our total footprint this year?

  • How have our total emissions changed year over year, and what’s driving the change?

  • What are my Upstream Scope 3 emissions for 2024?

Spot trends and issues

  • Are there any unusual spikes or drops in our energy emissions this year?

  • Where do we have data gaps or low-quality data that could affect accuracy?

Benchmark and compare

  • Are we above or below the industry average for Scope 2 emissions?

  • Could you create a bar chart to show me my top 10 suppliers with the highest emissions to the lowest?

Support reporting and decisions

  • What changed in our emissions between last year and this year that we should explain in our report?

  • Which categories should we prioritise to achieve the biggest reductions?
