You can compare emission trends year-over-year on your 'Measure emissions' dashboard.
Here's how to get started:
Ensure Data Availability: First, confirm that you have uploaded data covering the timeframe you intend to compare.
Select Time Range: Choose the specific time range you want to analyse for year-over-year comparison.
Start Comparison: Click on 'Compare to' to activate the comparison feature.
Explore Trends: Dive into your scorecards and charts to directly observe increases and decreases over the selected periods.
Once you click Compare, the scorecards will display boxes showing the percentage increase or decrease in emissions compared to the previous year. On the charts, you can hover over the data points to see the exact percentage change YoY.
This approach allows you to be precise in analysing emissions between specific periods.
The Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) report - a stakeholder ready, narrative report available to download under 'Report emissions' - also provides a year-over-year comparison of emissions.
