This article walks you through the cancellation process and what to expect.
1. Submit a Written Cancellation Request
To officially begin the termination process, please send a written request to cancellations@plana.earth. This step is required to ensure your request is processed correctly and in accordance with your contract.
2. What to Include in Your Request
To help us handle your request smoothly, please include:
Your company name
The name of your Plan A contact
(Optional) A short reason for cancellation
Your preferred termination date (subject to contract terms)
3. Notice Period and Termination Timing
Unless otherwise stated in your contract, agreements with Plan A are valid for one (1) year and automatically renew for another one-year term at the end of each contractual period.
If you wish to terminate your agreement at the end of the current term, you must send a written notice at least three (3) months before the contract renewal date. Email is sufficient for this and should be sent to cancellations@plana.earth.
For example, if your contract renews on 1 January, the latest date to submit your termination notice would be 30 September of the previous year.
If notice is not given in time, the contract will automatically renew for another year.

4. What Happens Next
Once we receive your request at cancellations@plana.earth, we’ll confirm receipt and share your contract end date. You’ll continue to have access to the platform and support throughout the notice period.
