How to Contact Support

The Plan A Sustainability Platform helps you along your journey from carbon accounting through to decarbonisation, but sometimes you may need some extra help. We have lots of resources to assist you along your way, including our comprehensive Help Centre and Academy, as well as our Support team who are on hand to answer any remaining questions.

What can the Plan A Support team help with?

The Plan A Support team can assist with a variety of things including:

  • Carbon accounting questions

  • Templates and data uploads

  • Technical issues

  • Product feedback

  • Account and subscription topics

How can I get in contact with Support?

Whenever you have a question, it's always best to check the Help Centre first. This is the quickest way to find the answers you are looking for. If you cannot find the answer there, please feel free to reach out to support.

To do so, log into the Plan A Sustainability Platform and navigate to the Support Chat in the bottom right of the screen:

From there, select the 'Messages' button to start a new conversation or review old ones. All conversations will be conducted within this this tab.

We kindly ask you to create a different conversation through the Support Chat for each new topic. For example, if you have a question about filling in a template as well as a question about your subscription, please start two different conversations.

Doing so helps us to monitor and analyse what questions we receive most frequently, which allows us to improve how we support you in a targeted way.

Please note, you can also use the Support Chat to search the Help Centre from within the Plan A Sustainability Platform. To do this, simply open up the Support Chat, click Help, and browse the Help Centre.
