Enable Collect Leads
Open the Replay page you want to add Lead Capture to.
In the top toolbar, you’ll see a toggle labeled Lead Capture.
Switch the toggle on.
The Settings window will automatically open, where you can customize your form.
Customize the Form
Under Content Lock, decide if you want to lock the whole page or only from a specific chapter in the video.
Edit the Form Title and Description.
Choose which fields to include: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Job Title, Company Name, Company Size.
Submit Button: Customize the button text (for example: “Submit,” “Continue,” or “Unlock Video”) and its color, which will automatically follow your brand settings.
Field requirements:
• Phone number: 8–15 digits
• Company size: 1–10 digits
• Job title: at least 2 characters
• Company name: at least 2 charactersPreview the form in real time.
Understand the Viewer Experience
The video pauses until the form is submitted.
Viewers fill in the form, click Submit, and the video unlocks.
Draft mode: you can edit and save settings even when the feature is off.
Manage Captured Leads
All your captured leads are stored in one place, making it easy to view, filter, and export them.
In your Replay Library, open the side menu and click on Leads.
You’ll see a table with all the details collected from your Lead Capture forms: Full Name, Email, Phone, Company, Company Size, Job Title, Video Page, and Date.
Use the search bar to filter leads by name, email, or video page.
Sort columns (for example: by date or user).
Manage leads with these options:
Select individual leads using the checkboxes, then delete or export only the selected leads.
Delete one lead at a time.
Delete all leads at once.
Export all leads as a CSV file for external use.
Notes and tips
You can edit settings while the feature is off.
Saving settings does not enable the feature – toggle must be on.
Leads are stored securely inside Replay.
