How do I request a replacement / refund?

Thank you for supporting Outright Games! We understand that sometimes refund requests may arise. As the publisher of the game, we are unable to process refunds directly. Refunds are managed by the retailer or platform where the game was purchased. Below, we’ve outlined the refund process for each platform to help guide you.

Physical Copies

If you purchased a physical copy of the game, please contact the retailer’s customer support team where you made the purchase. They will have the tools and policies in place to assist you with your refund request. Be sure to have your receipt or proof of purchase ready when contacting them.

Digital Copies

Purchases Made on Our eShop

If you purchased the game directly from our eShop, you can request a refund by navigating to our Refund Policy section at the bottom of the eShop webpage. Follow the instructions provided there for the refund process.

Purchases Made Through Other Platforms

For games purchased on other platforms, such as PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Nintendo eShop, or Steam, please follow these steps:

Amazon Purchases
If you purchased the game through Amazon, follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account.

  2. Navigate to Your Orders.

  3. Locate the game in your order history.

  4. Click on Return or Replace Items next to the order.

  5. Follow the prompts to complete your refund request.

Amazon’s customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
