How do I chase a supplier delivery?

Understanding third party supplier deliveries through Numark Discount Partners (Formally known as Enhanced Discounts)

As a Numark member, you have access to over 40 third party supplier deals and although Numark will manage the invoicing for you, through our central invoicing feature, ensuring the goods are delivered, on time and in full, often falls down to the supplier and the member.

If your order is yet to arrive and you require an update on delivery or your order has arrived but there is an issue, we would suggest that you speak directly with the supplier in question.

To find the details of the supplier, please ensure your logged into Numark Net. Once logged in, click hover or click on 'Member Benefits' and then select 'View all Member Benefits'

This will take you to a list of member benefits. Scroll to the bottom and click 'Discount Partners' and you will arrive at the main scheme page. From here you can:

  • Sign-up to the scheme

  • See a full list of suppliers

  • Download a supplier discount matrix

Supplier contact details can be found within the list of suppliers. Find the supplier you wish to contact and click into their landing page. The supplier landing pages include all the detail you need about the offer, delivery and how to order.

Contact detail including phone number, email address and website can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the supplier landing page.
