Just Paid? Here's How to Access Your Plan

You can find your tailored workout and meal plans in the app, and they are easy to access! Here’s how:

  1. Tap Get started.

  2. Tap Yes, I already have an account.

If you haven’t created a password, the only way to access the app is through the 'Forgot Password' option:

  1. Tap Get started.

  2. Select Yes, I already have an account.

  3. Tap Forgot password.

  4. Enter the email address you used for onboarding and check your inbox: you’ll receive a password reset link.


If the app asks to pay again

If you’ve already bought a subscription from our website, but the app asks you to pay again, it means you accidentally created a new free account. ​

No worries, you can quickly fix it — just follow our guide.
