I've just paid. How do I access my plan?

Your workout and meal plan are generated in the application, where you can use them.
​Please download the applications from the links provided below:

For IOS devices:

For Android devices:

To access your paid account:

  • select Get Started; and

  • click Yes, I already have an account.

    Log in using the email and password set during registration.

If you haven’t created the password, the only way to access the app for you is through the ‘Forgot Password’ option.

  • Select Get Started; then

  • choose Yes, I already have an account; and

  • click Forgot Password button. Use the email address that you used for onboarding. You will receive a password reset link to log in to the application.

If the App asks you to purchase another subscription after buying on the website, you probably haven't logged in to your paid account. ​
