Viewing Checklist Results

To view further details on a specific Checklist:

  1. Select the Checklist by ticking it off.

  2. Click the View button.

In the detailed view, you have more options for viewing your Results through either a Detailed Report or a Custom Report.

Viewing Options

Detailed Report

The Detailed Report is the default viewing option. It contains all the elements presented to the user during the completion of the Checklist, including answers, comments, Assignments, etc.

Custom Report

The Custom Report is available if an administrative user has set up a Report Template. The template allows you to select which information should be visible in the Report. For example, an Action Report might show only Results that scored less than the maximum points or that have images/comments attached.

Show Map

The Show Map option allows you to view Checklist Results based on GPS pinpoint for each answered Element or Question.

Tips for Viewing Results

Mobile App Access

The different types of Results can also be found in the mobile app by clicking the Reports tile. Users can view Results based on their permissions for viewing certain Checklist and Locations.

Changing Locations

You can change the Location on a finished Result. If a User opens a Checklist at one Location but fills it out with information based on another Location, you can change the Location without losing the work.

Changing Users

You have the ability to change the completing User for a Result in case it was completed under the wrong User or login.

Warning: When using the Change result user function, this will only overwrite any Questions or Elements answered by the User who submitted the Results. All others will be left in their original state.

Tip: If you need to change all Users on a Result, you will need to Invalidate the Result to send back to be completed again.

Exporting Results

You have several options for exporting your Results to various Excel files or as PDF files, depending on the type of information you want.

Note: PDF exports are currently limited to bulk exported at 5 at a time.

Summary

Mobaro provides flexible and detailed options for viewing and managing Checklist Results. Whether you need a comprehensive Report or a focused Action Report, the system allows you to access and analyze your data effectively.
