Reset Socket Gen3:
- Unplug the socket you are troubleshooting from the power outlet, and wait for about 30 seconds
- Plug the socket into power
- Hold the button for 7 seconds. It will flash a few times and then go black.
Common connection method:
Press the + sign in the top right corner of the app's home screen -> New device -> Select your product -> Select the correct generation -> Follow the instructions on the app carefully.
Alternative WiFi connection is not possible on Socket Gen3.
