Transfer devices to new owner

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer our devices from one account to another. There are several reasons for this β€” some related to GDPR regulations, and others more practical in nature.

One example is networking.

If our products are installed in a house or apartment and the property is sold, it is common for the new owner to set up a new Wi-Fi network or at least change the password. In that case, all Mill devices will lose connection to the network and must be reset and added again.
