I have changed my network at home. How do I reconnect my devices?

You need to reset your devices and reconnect them. To reset your device, follow these steps:

Generation 2 Socket:

  1. Unplug the socket from the power outlet and wait about 30 seconds.

  2. Plug the socket back into the outlet without pressing any button.

  3. Hold the button for 10 seconds. It will light up yellow, and you can release the button.

  4. Wait about 10 seconds before trying to reconnect it.

Generation 2 Heater:

  1. Turn off the heater.

  2. Hold the gear button while turning the heater back on.

  3. The heater will start counting, and you can release the button.

  4. The heater will set itself to 22°C. The heater is now reset.

Generation 3 Socket:

  1. Unplug the socket from the power outlet and wait about 30 seconds.

  2. Plug the socket back into the outlet without pressing any button.

  3. Hold the button for 5–7 seconds. It will blink a few times and then go black.

  4. Wait about 10 seconds before trying to reconnect it.

Generation 3 Heater:

  1. Turn off the heater.

  2. Turn on the heater, and within 5 seconds, press and hold the gear button.

  3. Keep holding the button until you see "FR" appear on the display. First, you will see "CHL," then "COL," and finally "FR."

  4. As soon as you see "FR" on the display, release the button.

  5. The heater will start counting and eventually set itself to 22°C. The heater is now reset.

Generation 3M Heater:

  1. Press the gear button.

  2. Use the +/- buttons to navigate through the menu until you see "Hr" on the display.

  3. Press the gear button to enter reset mode.

  4. Use the +/- buttons to select "YES" and press the gear button to confirm.

  5. "YES" will blink a few times before the display turns black and the heater restarts. The heater is now reset.

Mill Sense:

  1. Press and hold the button for about 12 seconds.

  2. Release the button and wait until the blinking stops. The device is now reset.

Mill Silent Pro Air Purifier:

  1. Turn off the unit.

  2. Turn it back on.

  3. Within 10 seconds, press and hold the "Mode" button for 10 seconds. The device is now reset.

Mill Silent Pro Compact Air Purifier:

  1. Make sure the device is turned on.

  2. Press and hold the "Fan speed/Mode" button for 20 seconds.

  3. All icons will blink 3 times. The device is now reset.
