If your procurement process does not require setting up a full competitive tender, you can bypass the standard tender creation workflow. This option is designed specifically for publishing notices where no active bidding setup is needed.
Here are the steps to initiate a standalone notice:
Step-by-Step Guide
Select the Standalone Option: From the initial creation menu, click the Create standalone notice button.
Review Available Notice Types: You will be directed to a view that is very similar to the tender creation screen. However, the system will filter the options to only list notice types that are not competition notices.
Choose Your Notice Subtype: Select the specific notice you wish to publish. The options available to you in this list are determined by your organization's selections within the organization settings menu. Common examples of standalone notices you can create here include:
Prior Information Notices (PIN)
Contract modification notices
Contract award notices
Design contest result notices
Voluntary ex-ante transparency notices
What Happens Next?
Once you select your desired notice type (such as a PIN notice) and proceed, the system will currently direct you into the older, standard user flow to complete your notice details.
