Background and Reasoning for the Change
As part of our upcoming version update, buyer customers transitioning to the updated platform will experience a change in how they access the Supplier Portal. Previously, customers used the platform Cloudia (Tarjouspalvelu).
Within the Mercell Platform, all basic and admin users automatically have access to the Mercell Supplier Portal.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Log In
To access the Supplier Portal you should navigate through an active tender.
Please follow these steps to access the Supplier Portal:
Log in to your Mercell Tendering environment.
Navigate to your active tenders.
In the left-hand menu, locate and click on your active announcements folder ("Voimassa olevat" if you are using the Finnish interface)
Open an active tender.
Select and open one of your currently active tenders from the list provided on the screen.
Click the Supplier Portal link.
Within the active tender's details, locate the Supplier Portal link.
You can click the linked text directly to be taken to your active tender within the Supplier Portal; there is no need to copy and paste the hyperlink.
Here you will see all active tenders on the Supplier Portal
Note: We are continuously monitoring upcoming releases and system updates. As we move closer to merging Bidding and the Supplier Portal, accessing the system may become easier, and this article will be updated to reflect any new login methods.
