What does an API integration provide?
The API enables Business Plus users to retrieve tender opportunities that mirrors the regular monitoring results received as email notifications. Delivered in XML or JSON format, this information is designed for custom integration into your CRM or internal systems. The API provides direct access to all opportunities identified through your Monitoring Profile.
What are the prerequisites?
Your internal system/CRM must support receiving XML or JSON files
You are a Business Plus user, and have purchased the API integration add-on
How does the API integration add-on appear?
Once the add-on has been purchased and access granted, the API integration settings is located within the Organisation Settings menu in your Mercell Bidding account.
