Accessing all documents related to a tender helps you identify the most relevant and valuable business opportunities available.
Important: You will only be able to access tender documents if your subscription package allows you to do this.
Where to Find Tender Documents
All available documents associated with a business opportunity can be accessed from the tender Summary view.
To locate them:
Open the relevant tender.
Scroll down to the bottom of the tender Summary page.
Locate the Documents card.
The documents list displays:
Document name
Upload date
File size
This allows for quick and easy identification of important files.
Important: The business opportunity view only displays original notices. This means that any updates or additional documents will not automatically appear in this view. You can see if additional documents have been added by viewing the change log via Show all important dates. You can then access these documents via Go to source.
How to view tender documents
Select the document name.
The document will open in a new browser tab.
How to download individual tender documents
Select the download icon next to the document.
The file will be downloaded to your device.
Each document will appear separately in your Downloads folder.
How to download multiple tender documents
You have two options:
Option 1 – Download All Documents
Select Download all (zip).
All documents will be downloaded together in a single .zip file to your Downloads folder.
Option 2 – Download Selected Documents
Select Show all documents.
Tick the documents you wish to download.
Select Download selected (zip).
The selected files will be downloaded together in a single .zip file.
