How to configure Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)

This will help you set up your Multifactor Authentication

  1. Download ‘Microsoft Authenticator App’ on your mobile

    Note: Members that already downloaded and configured should remove the old Authenticator code before verifying again.​

  2. Browse to https://myapps.microsoft.com and start your verification process​Open your internet browser and navigate to My Apps (microsoft.com)

    • Use your work email address.​

    • Click ‘Next’

    • ​Enter windows login credential​

    • Click ‘Sign in’.​

    • ​To activate Multifactor authentication.​

    • Click Next

    • Step 1: Mobile app​

    • Use notification for verification​

    • Click Set up

  3. Set Mobile App

    Open your ‘Multifactor Authentication’ app ​

    Click ‘+’ (Top right corner)​

    Choose: Work or school account​

    Choose: Scan QR code​

    Open your ‘Multifactor Authentication’ app ​

    • Click ‘+’ (Top right corner)​

    • Choose: Work or school account​

    • Scan your QR code​

    • Click ‘Next’

    • Click Approve

    Choose region ​

    Enter your cell phone number ​

    Click ‘Done’

    You’re Set !
