MyPup (My Pick Up Point) is a secure and sustainable delivery system that allows parcels to be delivered to a locked parcel locker located in or near your residential building. It helps prevent package theft, reduces unnecessary delivery traffic, and removes the need to be home for couriers.
Registering for MyPup
You can register once via:
the MyPup website, or
through the link available in your resident app.
After registering, you receive:
your personal MyPup delivery code, and
the MyPup delivery address to use when ordering online.
Using MyPup via the Resident App
You can easily access your MyPup page through the resident app (MySpace / Mijn Ruimte or a similar building app).
How it works:
Open the resident app.
Navigate to “Packages”.
Select MyPup.
You will be taken directly to your personal MyPup page, where you can:
view your unique MyPup delivery address,
track current and past parcels,
receive delivery notifications,
initiate returns (if supported in your building).
This integration means you do not need separate MyPup login details. Everything is conveniently centralized in one app.
Receiving a Package via MyPup
Order your item online.
Enter the MyPup address + your personal code at checkout.
MyPup collects parcels at a central hub.
All packages are delivered in one consolidated trip to the locker in your building.
Picking Up Your Package
Once your package is placed in the locker:
you receive a text message, email, or app notification with an access code,
go to the MyPup locker in your building,
enter the code or use the app to unlock the compartment,
and collect your parcel whenever it suits you (many locations are accessible 24/7).
Returning a Package
Many MyPup locations support returns:
Register the return via the app or webshop.
Place the item in an available locker.
MyPup will collect and process the return.
