To get an accurate overview of who is working today and, if you’ve set it up, from which location they did so, you can use the Who is working widget. You can quickly and easily activate it and view the summary on your dashboard or Home Kenjo screen. Here you can also see how to manage other widgets.
1. Activate the widget
Go to Home
Click the four-squares icon in the top right corner
Find the line Who is working
Toggle the switch to the right
2. Understand the widget
When employees clock in on a workday in your company, you’ll see them in the Who is working widget under the Working tab. Under the Not working tab, you’ll find all employees who have not yet clocked in on that day. The number of employees who have clocked in is shown in parentheses.
You’ll get information about:
if applicable, the Delivery Station
if applicable, the check-in location
the status (Working, Not working, and Absent — e.g. if an employee is on vacation or sick)
the check-in time
the total recorded time so far in hours (h) and minutes (min)
