Lost or stolen E-Gift cards cannot be replaced. E-Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Damaged, altered, cancelled or expired E-Gift cards will not be accepted. The stores decision is final. The E-Gift card balance will be used in full if the value is the same or less than the till transaction value after exclusions. Any balance remaining on the E-Gift card may be applied to future purchases, provided the card has not expired. After the expiry date any balance will be forfeited
