Click on the Huggg link and read the information/instructions carefully.
Enter your delivery address, email address and phone number when prompted.
You'll then be sent an email notification from Huggg with information about what happens next.
You will then receive an email or phone call from the courier, confirming the date and time of delivery (and installation if you're having an item installed/removed), within 24 hours.
Please keep an eye on emails from notify@huggg.me or support@eicdirect.co.uk (including spam/junk folders), and keep your phone by you on loud!
