Simply search for your water supplier on the table below to find out which payment method you can use to pay your bill - using your pre-paid card.
This pre-paid card can ONLY be used to make bill payments online/by phone. The card CANNOT be used to make bill payments at ANY physical location.
Please note:
If you usually pay by direct debit, you should still be able to make a one-off payment to your account either online or by phone. If you're unsure about how to do this, please contact your supplier.
For online payments, please head over to your water suppliers' website, which should also provide their telephone number - in case you'd like to make a payment over the phone.
