What can I do if my card has been lost or stolen?

In the unfortunate event of your digital card being lost or stolen, please click the button labelled 'Report card as compromised' on your Huggg link. This action will automatically cancel the card. It is located under the 'See card details' button.

We'd then ask that you kindly reach out to the sender of the card (either a school, council or charity) to see if they'd be willing to issue a new link. Please note: this will be at their discretion and Huggg has no influence over the decision.
