How to send welfare vouchers via email

  1. Head over to the 'Send vouchers' page and choose the relevant voucher type.

  2. Select the amount (denomination), and a list of options available at this value will show on the right-hand side.

  3. Optional: You can customise the choices available to the recipient, by clicking 'Customer choices' in the top right, and tick/untick the brands as you wish. Then hit 'Next'.

  4. On the next page, add a message of your choice to notify recipients of any restrictions or important information. You can also change who you'd like the voucher to be from.

  5. Select 'Email, sent by Huggg' on the next page ("How would you like to share your voucher links?").

  6. On the next page, enter your recipients’ email addresses into the box, ensuring that you click 'Add recipient' each time. OR please upload a CSV file instead. Check everything over, then once you’re ready, click on 'Next.

  7. Once you’ve double checked that the email addresses are formatted correctly, please decide whether you'd like to send now or schedule for a later date!

  8. Next, please set the expiry date for the Huggg voucher(s).

  9. Finally, please review your order and pay. You will also be able to select a 'Reason code' at this stage.
