If a recipient has lost their Huggg link or can't find it, you can retrieve and resend it from Gift history in your Huggg account. There are two ways to find the link.
β
π Option 1: Search by recipient
Use this method when you know the recipient's email or mobile number. It's the quickest way to find a single link.
Click Gift history in the left-hand sidebar.
In the search bar at the top right, enter the email address, mobile number, or note associated with the gift.
When the gift appears in the list, click the link icon (π) next to the gift name to copy the URL to your clipboard.
Paste the link into an email, SMS, Slack message, or any channel you like.
ποΈ Option 2: Find by order
Use this method when you want to see every link from a specific order.
Click Gift history, then select the Orders tab at the top of the page.
Locate the relevant order and click the Gift name or Order name to open it.
Use the Sent to column to identify the correct recipient.
Click the link icon (π) on the left side of the recipient's details to copy their specific link.
β οΈ One link per person
Each link is unique. When you copy links manually, make sure the correct link goes to the correct person.
Each link can only be claimed once. After it's been used, it can't be used again.
Anyone with the link can claim the gift. If the same link goes to two people, the first to click will get the gift and the second will see an error.
π‘ Top tip
If you're managing a large number of links, use the Notes field during checkout. It makes specific links much easier to search for later.
