You can edit the expiry date, scheduled send date, cancel the voucher (as long as it has not been redeemed or already expired) and amend the reason code.
Cancelling a Huggg link:
Head over to the left hand column and select the 'Orders' tab.
Find the relevant transaction and click into it (or, scroll right until you see the 3 vertical buttons icon - click this and cancel the link from here).
If you click into the relevant gift you can also cancel the link in two different sections as shown below:
Warning: Please only use the ‘cancel’ function if you’ve made an error.
Please note: if you do decide to cancel a Huggg voucher, your Huggg account will be re-credited automatically.
Editing the expiry date:
You can also edit the expiry date here by clicking the calendar icon next to the original expiry date, selecting a new date and clicking, 'Apply'.
Editing the scheduled send date:
1. In the same section, edit your scheduled send date by clicking the calendar icon next to 'Scheduled', selecting your preferred time & date, then hitting 'Apply'.
Please note: it can take a minute or two for this particular icon to appear after checking out. If it fails to show after 5 minutes, please contact our support team at hello@huggg.me.
Changing a reason code:
1. From the same page, click the 'Order summary' tab.
2. Scroll down to the 'Reason code' dropdown and select the relevant group.
Please note: at the moment you are unable to amend your custom message, however, we hope to introduce this feature soon!
