You cannot change the gift, the recipient or your message once a Huggg link has been purchased. We understand it can be frustrating if you've spotted a mistake. Whether you can cancel the link or change its expiry date depends on your plan.

The gift, the recipient details and your message are fixed once a Huggg is purchased. Take a moment to double-check them before completing checkout.

Huggg links cannot be cancelled once purchased. The money is committed to the order as soon as checkout completes.

⭐ If you have Huggg Campaigns
Yes, you can cancel Huggg links as long as the recipient hasn't claimed their gift yet. There are three ways to cancel, depending on what you need to cancel and where you are in the platform.
When you cancel an unclaimed link, the money is returned to your Huggg wallet, and the link shows Cancelled under Gift status in Gift history.
Cancelling a single Huggg link
Two ways. Use whichever is quicker for you.
Method 1: From the Gift history page
Best when you know the recipient's details or the link code and want to cancel without opening the parent order.
Go to your Gift history page from the left-hand menu
Use the search bar to find the link by recipient details or link code, or narrow the list with the Send status and Gift status filters
Scroll to the right of the row and click the three dots icon
Select Cancel link and confirm
Method 2: From inside the order
Best when you have the order open already, or want to see the link in context first.
Go to your Gift history page and click the Orders tab
Find and click into the relevant order
Find the gift link in the list and click the bin icon on the right of its row
Confirm the cancellation
Cancelling a whole order
Use this when you need to cancel every unclaimed link in a single order at once.
Go to your Gift history page from the left-hand menu
Click the Orders tab at the top of the page
Find and click into the relevant order
Click the three dots icon at the top right of the order
Select Cancel order and confirm
Any unclaimed links in the order will be cancelled, and the money returned to your wallet. Any links that have already been claimed will not be affected.
If the recipient has already claimed
Once a recipient has claimed their gift, the link cannot be cancelled. The money cannot be returned to your wallet either. Whether to issue a new gift is your call.
To check before you try, look at the Gift status column in Gift history. Anything that is not yet Claimed can still be cancelled.
