On our free plan, refunds are not available for unredeemed gifts once they’ve been sent - this is because the funds are committed at the point of purchase.
However, if you’d like the option to recover the value of unclaimed gifts, you can upgrade to our Huggg Campaigns feature.
With Huggg Campaigns, any unclaimed gifts are automatically refunded back to your Huggg balance after the expiry date, so you only pay for gifts that are actually redeemed.
