What format does the CSV need to be in?

Using a CSV file to add recipient mobile numbers or email addresses is a quick way to upload your batches. Here's how to format them.

General notes

  • The top row is for headers only and is ignored on the upload

  • Column A is mandatory

  • Column B is optional - adding notes here makes it possible to search for a transaction note

  • Column C is optional - adding dates here makes it possible to delay sending for a single or mixed set of future dates. Format is DDMMYY. If date starts with a zero, many programs will drop the zero when converting to a CSV so this needs to be saved as a text format (you can achieve this by adding ' in front of the first zero)
