A CSV lets you upload a batch of recipients at once. The columns you need depend on whether you're sending by email or SMS.
📧 Sending by email
For an email send, your CSV needs these columns, in this order:
Column | Field | Required | Example |
A | Email address | Yes | |
B | Notes | No | Recipient name or ID |
📱 Sending by SMS
For an SMS send, your CSV needs these columns, in this order:
Column | Field | Required | Example |
A | Phone number | Yes | 07000000000 |
B | Notes | No | Recipient name or ID |
Use UK mobile numbers, starting with 07. Don't include the +44 country code.
💡 Tips
A couple of things to check before you upload:
The top row is read as a header and ignored on upload, so keep your columns in the order shown above.
Save your file in CSV format before uploading.
