Process
By permanently deleting your account, you'll no longer be able to order your medication through Hey Pharmacist.
Your request to delete your account will be passed to our Data Protection Team, who'll respond to your request as soon as possible and in any case within a calendar month of receiving the request.
To comply with our legal obligations, the records we hold relating to NHS patients are retained in line with the guidelines set by the NHS.
