Your medication can be delivered to any address within the UK, and will arrive in plain, protective packaging.
There is no additional cost to you or the NHS for using Hey Pharmacist delivery or collection options.

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail using a tracked service. This means that you'll receive a notification directly from Royal Mail advising estimated delivery window. In most cases, the item will fit through your letterbox. If the item is too big for the letterbox, and you're not going to be at home to receive your delivery, you can use a link within the Royal Mail notification to:
advise of a neighbour that you'd like to accept the delivery for you
nominate a 'safe-place' to leave your delivery
arrange a re-delivery to a more convenient time
or, alternatively, you can collect your item from your local delivery office. Royal Mail will keep your item for up to 18 days.

The local pharmacy that you chose will receive your prescription, but is not connected with Hey Pharmacist in any way. Hey Pharmacist receives no funding or financial gain for providing this option.
