Why is my local pharmacy not showing?
We work with the local pharmacies that enhance the overall experience of Hey Pharmacist, so that you're able to track your order from start to finish using a system that Hey Pharmacist and the local pharmacy use.
Your local pharmacy may not show as they don't have access to this system, so you wouldn't get any updates regarding your order, which we believe would be a poor experience.
What can I do?
You can choose to collect from another one of the 4000 pharmacies we support, or have your medication delivered for free.
