Once you've placed your order for delivery via Royal Mail, your GP needs to issue the prescription to us. It will then be clinically checked by one of our pharmacists, processed by our trained dispensers and then packaged and dispatched.

We send orders via Royal Mail tracked 24hr and 48hr, depending on the medication in the order.

Controlled drugs(schedule 2) are sent via tracked and signed 24hr, fridge items are sent via tracked 24hr and all other orders are tracked 48hr.

Due to the nature of this medication, we advise that it's best to order this medication for collection from a local pharmacy
