We’ve noticed a hiccup with logging in due to issues with 'linkage keys', making it a bit tricky to connect with your GP surgery.

We’ve noticed a little hiccup with the “Hey Pharmacist” app due to some issues with 'linkage keys', making it a bit tricky to connect with your GP surgery like usual. We're really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Here’s what’s going on:

There seems to be an issue with how the app uses these linkage keys (a kind of digital handshake between our app and your GP's system) to log you in and sync your details.

The issue is with a third party provider and unfortunately out of our control, but our technical support team are trying their best to get things back working as they should, as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, you’ve still got a great option for ordering your repeat medications – the NHS App. It’s super handy, reliable, and ready to help ensure you don’t miss out on your meds while we sort everything out our side.

If you are not exempt from paying for prescriptions, please choose an alternative pharmacy on this occasion as you won't be able to process payment through Hey Pharmacist. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
