Frequently Asked Questions

'How do I order?'

To see how to place an order, check out our article here.

'I have an urgent prescription and I'm worried it won't arrive quickly'

If you have an urgent prescription, it would be best to let your GP surgery know to send it to a local pharmacy. Due to the Bank Holidays, it may be delayed if sent through the post.

If we receive the prescription, you can contact our Patient Experience team for advice, as they'll be able to help you.

'My GP won't let me order early'

GP surgeries understand that Bank Holidays present problems with getting medication in time, so they usually allow orders to be placed earlier than usual.

'My account says I can't order until a certain date'

The date you can order from is controlled by the GP surgery. If you need to order earlier than the date on your medication, please contact your GP surgery.

'My account says that I need a review with the GP surgery'

Your GP surgery may put a block on you ordering through us if you need a review. Contact your GP surgery to query this.

'My medication needs to be chilled; I'm worried it won't arrive in the correct temperature'

With orders that need to be maintained within a certain temperature range (insulin), we always send these using a 24-hour delivery service using Woolcool packaging.

Due to the upcoming Bank Holidays, we may need to suspend these types of deliveries as we cannot guarantee the fridge item will arrive in temperature if delayed in the post.

'My order contains controlled medication that needs a signature'

With orders that contain medication that is classed as a schedule 2 controlled drug, we always send these using a 24-hour signed for delivery service as the medication needs safe custody.

Due to the upcoming Bank Holidays, we may need to suspend these types of deliveries as we cannot guarantee effective tracking.
