Would you like to adjust the hourly rate for your current booking? Please note: you cannot make this change yourself via your profile. Hourly rate changes can only be initiated by your cleaner or our customer support team. This article explains how the process works and what you need to know.

How does the hourly rate change work?

1. Change initiated by the cleaner

Your cleaner can request a rate adjustment directly through their profile. Once submitted, you will receive an email with all the relevant details about the proposed change.

  • The new rate will apply only to future appointments.

  • Past bookings cannot be changed retroactively.

We recommend discussing any potential price changes with your cleaner in advance to avoid misunderstandings and ensure smooth cooperation.

2. Change requested by the customer

If you would like to increase the hourly rate voluntarily - for example, to provide your cleaner with a higher income - our friendly customer support team will gladly assist you.

  • The rate cannot be changed directly in your profile.

  • Simply reach out to us and we will take care of the adjustment for you.

  • Again, the change will only apply to future appointments.
