Helpling maintains a liability insurance with a coverage of €5,000,000, which covers each service provider in case of damage to the customer's property during a household cleaning.

If a customer claims damage caused by the service provider's activities, Helpling will report the damage to the liability insurance company. This covers damages of 500 euros or more.

Damage under 500 euros and the first 500 euros of a larger claim are deductible, so this must be settled by the service provider himself or his own insurance. In this case, you can of course always contact the service provider directly to agree on an appropriate compensation. The contact details can be found on the invoice you received for the cleaning.

What happens in the event of damage?
