Reporting Damage – Step by Step

If damage occurs during a cleaning, please proceed as follows as soon as possible after the appointment:

  1. Report the damage via our service portal:
Visit the "Submit Damage Report" section. Select the relevant appointment with your cleaner and answer the following questions:

    • Exact description of the damaged item

    • Estimated cost of the damage (in EUR)

    • How did the damage occur?

  2. Add important documents:

    • Photos of the damaged item

    • Original invoice for the damaged item or a cost estimate (if available)

Note: If you don’t have the original invoice or a cost estimate immediately available, you can submit these later. Our damage department will then contact you.

What happens next?

  • Our damage department will individually review your damage report.

  • Once all information and documents are provided, the damage case will be forwarded to the HDI insurance.

  • The HDI insurance will engage an expert to assess the damage.

  • Additionally, feedback from your service provider will be gathered to fully resolve the case.
